Principle and Process of the Detection of the Machine Vision System

1. Primary machine vision theory

The primary inversion of optical imaging consists of a series of processes that can recover three-dimensional visible physical properties from a two-dimensional light intensity array. Here, the input data and calculation intent of each process can be clearly depicted, such as edge inspection, stereo matching and structural repair.

In the process of projecting a three-dimensional object into a two-dimensional image, a lot of three-dimensional information is lost, which in turn causes pathological problems. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the main machine vision processes and their constraints, which are mainly for 3D reconstruction and binocular vision.

2. Automatic machine vision theory

Automatic vision refers to the skill of the observer adopting the strategy of movement tracking to detect objects in a certain or uncertain way. In the automatic vision, the observer and the guide object can also move together. The movement of the observer provides other conditions for detecting the shape, spacing, and movement of the object in the research strategy. The important research direction is tracking, blocking and other strategies.

3. Information fusion of the machine vision system

The fusion of multiple visual information with each other can break the limitation of obtaining single visual information, stop using visual information and obtain visual instant information. The main research field is the fusion of image information.

4. Algorithm and evaluation of the machine vision system

Machine vision research focuses on tasks, whether they can be executed or completed, and there is a lack of review and evaluation of algorithms and system quality. In practice, the function is very important, otherwise, the algorithm and system will not be able to leave the laboratory, so there will be a lot of establishment of visualization algorithms and evaluations.

5. Visualized parallel bookkeeping of the machine vision system

There are many theoretical, algorithmic and technical issues regarding visualized real-time bookkeeping. The trend of the construction of visualized parallel bookkeeping is to adopt smaller and smaller disposal units in larger and larger structures, and its development is composed of basic logical operations and disposal units, thus forming a huge disposal network system.

6. General machine vision information system

A general visual information system can complete various machine vision tasks. That is to establish a machine vision system similar to the functions of the human vision system, and establish channels for special vision systems, which may gradually develop into a comprehensive general vision system, such as a vision channel, or a highly intelligent vision robot.
